Pancake Quick Mix





Ingredients


9 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

5 tablespoons baking powder

5 teaspoons fine salt

1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk

1/3 cup sugar


Measure all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Whisk to blend.


Store in an airtight container. Large glass jars, or large plastic bags work. Dry mix will last a month sealed on the counter, 3 months in the fridge, or 6 months in the freezer


*When making pancakes- For every 2 cups of dry mix, Use 1/4 cup oil, butter, or lard, and add 1 egg and 1 to 2 cups of milk, depending on consistency. *A King Arthur Flour Recipe
